Sent in rugs July 2008 did not get them back until Jan. 2009. Every time I called they would put me on hold and tell me someone would call me back and that would take more than a week. When called back, they would give me the run around. I now have my rugs back and they smell horrible! I have to get them cleaned from whatever chemical they put on it. I sent them in as an annual cleaning and this is the first company I have ever had a problem with. |
